Provide the following details with your request:

• Where it is going: pickup and delivery ZIP codes, facility types, and business hours.
• What you are shipping: a specific commodity description, packaging, and pallet or piece count.
• How it measures: the length, width, height, and weight of each prepared unit, plus the total shipment weight.
• How it is classified: the freight class and NMFC item number, if known.
• How it must be handled: stacking restrictions, temperature requirements, and other special instructions.
• What each location needs: liftgate, residential or limited-access service, inside delivery, and pickup or delivery appointments.

We use your shipment information to prepare a quote and identify the service assumptions. Review the stated requirements and known additional charges with us before confirming the move. If the freight description, measurements, or requested services change, tell us before pickup so the quote can be reviewed.

Once service, pricing, pickup arrangements, and payment terms are confirmed and the shipment is booked, we coordinate with the carrier and keep you informed as the freight moves.

Include the class and NMFC item number if you know them. If not, send a specific product description, packaging details, dimensions, and weight. Identify the class as unknown so it can be reviewed before booking; do not choose a class simply to obtain a lower price.

Tell us whether a dock or suitable unloading equipment is available at each location. If you need a liftgate or another service, include that in the quote request. We will review availability and pricing for the requirement.

Include the required range in °F and handling instructions. We will review suitable transportation options and availability for the route and freight; temperature-controlled LTL service is not assumed to be available for every shipment.
